This User Agreement ("Agreement") applies to all users ("User") benefiting from the services of Shaiya IMMORTAL - EP4 ("Server/Platform"). Anyone who registers, logs in, and/or uses the services on the Platform declares that they have read, understood, and accepted the provisions of this Agreement.
"Service": Game services connected to the server, website, launcher/client, forum/discord and all online channels; "Account": The game/web account created by the user; "Content": Any text, image, message, and data shared by the user.
The user is obliged to provide accurate, up-to-date, and complete information during registration. Account information (username/password/PIN etc.) is the user's responsibility. Account sharing, sale, transfer, or use by third parties is prohibited. In case of suspicion of unauthorized use of the account, the User must immediately inform the Platform via support channels.
The Platform reserves the right to change, update, temporarily suspend, or terminate the service content, in-game balances, events, rewards, rules, systems, and technical infrastructure without prior notice. In-game items/points/rewards are subject to the conditions determined by the Platform and the User accepts that these do not generate absolute rights.
The user agrees to avoid profanity, insults, threats, harassment, racism, hate speech, obscenity, personal data sharing, fraud, spam/advertising, forgery, and behaviors that will disrupt the peace of the community. The Platform has the right to intervene and apply sanctions if it detects inappropriate content in chat, character name, guild name, and other contents.
The use of third-party software that provides advantages such as bot, macro, exploit, bug abuse, speed/damage/teleport; interfering with client/server files; packet manipulation; weakening the system under the name of security vulnerability research and/or gaining an unfair advantage are strictly prohibited. In such violations, the Platform may apply sanctions such as account suspension/permanent closure, taking back in-game assets, and IP/device-based blocks.
Real Money Trading (RMT) of in-game money, items, characters, and services is prohibited (except for systems explicitly permitted by the Platform). The Platform is not responsible for disputes that may arise in player-to-player trades. If an unfair advantage, duping, bug exploitation, etc., are detected, rollbacks and sanctions will be applied.
Purchases made as donations/help/packages/points offered on the platform may contain digital content/advantages provided for the development and sustainability of the server. Due to the nature of digital content, refunds may not be issued after delivery/active use. In cases such as errors, duplicate charges, or undelivered content, a solution will be provided as determined by the Platform after a support review. Chargeback/reverse dispute transactions are considered abuse and account sanctions will be applied.
Site design, logo, text, graphics, software, in-game arrangements, and all content belonging to the Platform are the property of the Platform or the respective right holders. The User cannot copy, reproduce, distribute, or use them for commercial purposes without the written permission of the Platform.
The User is responsible for the legal compliance of the content uploaded/shared by the User to the Platform. Although the Platform is not obliged to supervise the content; it reserves the right to remove illegal/inappropriate content, block access, and share it with authorized authorities when necessary.
The User accepts that the Platform processes some data for the purposes of providing the service, ensuring security, preventing cheating/unfair use, fighting fraud, detecting technical errors, and account security. In this context; username/account information, IP address, session information, user agent (browser/device information), device identifiers provided by the launcher/client (if any), login-logout records, and in-game transaction logs can be kept. Details regarding the processing of personal data are explained in the Privacy Policy.
The Platform notifies that there may be interruptions in the service due to maintenance, updates, attacks, infrastructure failures, internet outages, force majeure, or third-party services, and situations such as data loss/rollback may occur. Except for cases mandated by law, the Platform cannot be held responsible for direct/indirect damage, loss of profit, data loss, and similar claims.
The User can stop using their account at any time. The Platform has the right to temporarily/permanently close the account, block access, and take other measures it deems necessary in cases of violation of the Agreement and rules, cheating, abuse, security risks, or disrupting the order of the community.
The Platform may update this Agreement unilaterally. The updated text is valid from the date it is published on the Platform. By continuing to use the services, the User is deemed to have accepted the changes.
This Agreement is subject to the laws of the Republic of Turkey. In disputes, the records of the Platform (including logs) serve as evidence. Authorized courts and execution offices will be determined according to the relevant legislation.
For support and communication, the support channels specified on the Platform should be used. Official announcements are made through the Platform's website and/or in-game announcement channels.
This Agreement enters into force at the moment of registration to the Platform and use of the services.
