DP (Game Currency) is a digital in-game currency used on Shaiya IMMORTAL - EP4 servers to improve your character and purchase special items, mounts, costumes, and boosts from the Item Mall.
Important Note: This sold product is completely digital, and there is no cargo or physical delivery. The product is digitally loaded directly into your player account.
As required by Consumer Rights, since digital products (Game Currency, Digital Code, etc.) fall within the scope of instantly fulfilled services, it is not possible to return or cancel the product after it has been assigned to your account. You can request a cancellation and full refund on the same day for your orders that have not yet been delivered.
Delivery Policy
Delivery Method: All DP and in-game items purchased via Shaiya IMMORTAL - EP4 are completely digital. No physical cargo, mail, or courier shipping is made.
Delivery Time: Following successfully completed and approved payments, the purchased DP amount is loaded directly into your player account instantly or within 5-15 minutes at the latest depending on system load.
Buyer's Responsibility: It is entirely the user's responsibility to enter the character/account name correctly in the PayPal payment note to ensure digital products are delivered to the correct account. Our enterprise cannot be held responsible for incorrect deliveries resulting from wrong account name submissions.
Delivery Delays: If your payment is approved but your DP load has not been completed within 30 minutes, please contact our support team along with your PayPal payment receipt.
How Do I Buy?

Make your payment via PayPal. Please remember to include your Character/Account name and the Package Name in the payment note.
Once your payment is approved, your digital product will be assigned to your account (character).
