Thank you for supporting Shaiya IMMORTAL - EP4. This Refund Policy explicitly states the terms regarding financial transactions, digital products, and voluntary donations made on our website.

1. Digital and Intangible Products

All purchases made on our platform consist entirely of digital, intangible virtual currency or items (referred to as "Virtual Products"). Due to the nature of immediate digital asset delivery following successful payment verification, all transactions are final and non-refundable.

2. Non-Refund Clause and Unauthorized Chargebacks

• Once virtual points or items are delivered to your character or account database, the service is considered fully rendered. We do not issue refunds, exchanges, or returns for any reason, including account closure, server maintenance, or user dissatisfaction.
• Initiating an unauthorized dispute, claim, or chargeback through Stripe, Wise, Payoneer, or your credit card provider without first contacting our support team constitutes a violation of our User Agreement. This action will result in the permanent closure of your game account, hardware ID (HWID) ban, and your payment details being blacklisted across our payment network.

3. Delivery Exceptions and Technical Errors

If a transaction completes successfully but virtual points or items are not loaded to your account due to a system delay or database error, please do not initiate a dispute with the payment provider. Instead, immediately contact our support team with your Transaction ID and email address. We will manually verify the payment record and load your assets to your account within 24-48 hours.
